Processing Time:

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Time & Rates:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 5–15 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days (Only available for certain products)

Free standard shipping on all AU orders over $120.

Delivery Partners:

We ship via trusted carriers like Australia Post, Sendle, and DHL, depending on your location and selected shipping method.


Return & Exchange Policy

We want you (and your pet!) to love what you ordered—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

  • To start a return, email us at info@mycorgiliving.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges:

Want a different size or style? No problem! Just get in touch and we’ll help sort it out.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

Oh no! If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with a photo and your order number—we’ll fix it right away.
