Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
Standard shipping is A$9.95 for orders under A$75 and free for orders of A$75 or more. Express shipping is available for eligible products stocked in Melbourne and will be shown at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Products stocked in Melbourne: approximately 3-5 business days after dispatch.
- Zendrop products: approximately 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Orders containing products from more than one location may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. Tracking details will be emailed when available.
Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Email info@mycorgiliving.com.au with your order number before sending anything back. We’ll confirm the return instructions once your request has been approved.
Exchanges and replacements
There is no replacement fee for an approved exchange or replacement.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please contact us within 7 days where possible and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved replacements for damaged, faulty or incorrect items are provided at no cost.
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
We’ll let you know when your return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
